We offer a 30-day return policy for your first order, allowing you to try Nütrops with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.
To be eligible for a return, some portion of the items in your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The order you are attempting to return must also be the first order you have placed with Nütrops.
To start a return, you can visit https://nutrops.loopreturns.com/ or contact us at care@nutrops.co.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will receive a full refund for the value of your Nütrops, less $5, which will cover part of the return shipping cost. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non refundable.

We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions for customers. We provide an always-available account portal where customers can manage their subscriptions with just a few easy steps.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We provide free exchanges with no handling fee, though price differences apply if exchanging for a higher-value product.
