How to Add an .ICS File
- Download the .ics file to your computer.
- Go to Google Calendar in your browser.
- Click the ⚙️ (Settings) icon (top right).
- Click Settings.
- In the left sidebar, click Import & Export.
- Under Import, click Select file from your computer.
- Choose the .ics file.
- Select which calendar you want to add it to.
- Click Import.
MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
How to Add an .ICS File
Outlook Web (office.com)
- Go to Outlook Calendar.
- Click Add calendar (left sidebar).
- Click Upload from file.
- Select the .ics file.
- Choose the calendar to add it to.
- Click Import.
How to Remove Imported .ICS Events
If imported into your main calendar:
- 1. Find the event
- 2. Right-click
- 3. Select Delete
- 4. If recurring, delete the entire series
