How to Add an .ICS File


  1. Download the .ics file to your computer.

  2. Go to Google Calendar in your browser.

  3. Click the ⚙️ (Settings) icon (top right).

  4. Click Settings.

  5. In the left sidebar, click Import & Export.

  6. Under Import, click Select file from your computer.

  7. Choose the .ics file.

  8. Select which calendar you want to add it to.

  9. Click Import.

How to Add an .ICS File

Outlook Web (office.com)


  1. Go to Outlook Calendar.

  2. Click Add calendar (left sidebar).

  3. Click Upload from file.

  4. Select the .ics file.

  5. Choose the calendar to add it to.

  6. Click Import.


How to Remove Imported .ICS Events

If imported into your main calendar:


1. Find the event

2. Right-click

3. Select Delete

4. If recurring, delete the entire series
